A storm is gathering over the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution—Delta Reign officially arrives on November 6, 2026, bringing Mega Rayquaza ex back to battle alongside new Mega Evolution Pokémon ex, connected Legendary Stadium cards, and more than 35 specially illustrated cards.
For collectors, Delta Reign already has the ingredients of a memorable release: a fan-favorite headliner, visually connected cards, multiple illustration rarities, and an emerald storm theme built around one of the most recognizable Pokémon in the hobby. Here is everything officially confirmed so far—and what still remains unknown.
What Is Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution—Delta Reign?
Delta Reign is an upcoming English-language Pokémon TCG expansion in the Mega Evolution series. The set is led by Mega Rayquaza ex, which returns to the Pokémon TCG for the first time since the XY—Ancient Origins expansion.
Mega Rayquaza ex is joined by Mega Golurk ex, Mega Malamar ex, and Mega Golisopod ex. Together, they give Delta Reign four confirmed Mega Evolution Pokémon ex while introducing new artwork, strategies, and chase cards for collectors.

Mega Rayquaza ex
Mega Rayquaza ex is the unmistakable centerpiece of Delta Reign. Its return gives the expansion immediate appeal for collectors who remember the XY era while introducing the Sky High Pokémon to a new generation of players.
Although the complete English checklist and final market values are not yet available, Mega Rayquaza ex is positioned as the expansion’s flagship card and one of its most anticipated pulls.
Mega Golurk ex, Mega Malamar ex, and Mega Golisopod ex
Delta Reign is not built around Rayquaza alone. Mega Golurk ex, Mega Malamar ex, and Mega Golisopod ex each bring their own visual identity and gameplay possibilities to the expansion. Official card previews for all four Mega Evolution Pokémon ex are displayed below this article.
What Are Legendary Stadiums?
Legendary Stadiums are one of Delta Reign’s most distinctive features. Each Legendary Stadium is formed by two Stadium cards played as a pair. When placed beside one another, the two cards create an extended panoramic illustration.
A booster pack containing a Legendary Stadium will include both pieces required to complete it. Six Stadium cards will form three complete Legendary Stadiums throughout the expansion. Legendary Summit is the first connected pair featured in our preview gallery.
Which Delta Reign Products Are Coming?
The officially announced product categories include individual booster packs, Elite Trainer Boxes, and various collection products. Additional retail configurations may be revealed closer to release.
Platinum Packs will organize available Delta Reign products together in one searchable expansion collection. As listings are added, they will automatically appear beneath this article with their current prices and availability.
Why Collectors Are Watching Delta Reign
Rayquaza has remained one of the hobby’s most popular Pokémon across multiple generations. Combining that popularity with Mega Evolution cards, special illustration rares, and a new connected Stadium concept gives Delta Reign strong visual and nostalgic appeal.
The expansion may be especially interesting to sealed collectors because its four booster-wrapper designs feature the same Mega Evolution Pokémon highlighted in the set: Mega Rayquaza, Mega Golurk, Mega Malamar, and Mega Golisopod.
That does not guarantee future price appreciation. Print volume, availability, pull rates, demand, and future reprints can all affect sealed-product and card values. Collectors should purchase products they genuinely enjoy instead of relying on unconfirmed investment expectations.
What Has Not Been Confirmed?
A complete English checklist, final pull rates, final product allocation, retailer inventory, and long-term market values have not been confirmed. Any Japanese-card pricing or early preorder pricing should be treated as preliminary and not as a guarantee of English-market value.
Platinum Packs will update this guide when additional English cards, products, promotional cards, and release information are officially announced.
A Collector’s Dream Takes Flight
Delta Reign has the potential to become one of the defining expansions of the Mega Evolution era. Mega Rayquaza ex gives the set a powerful headliner, the Legendary Stadium cards introduce a creative display element, and the confirmed illustration lineup gives collectors plenty to chase.
